The first step to raising awareness to this type of abuse is knowing what it is, where it comes from and how to avoid it. The more you know, the better equipped you will be to stopping the abuse before it starts. Once you have these powerful tools, you will be able to spot a narcissist the first time or the first few times you meet them. And then, if you do meet one, STAY AWAY!!!!!!
